My Product Journey
2014
I learned about product management in 2014 while at Uber - I was an early employee in new markets, where I launched and scaled operations in new cities, and launched new products in established markets. With the desire to get closer to product, I scoped out an MVP and pushed for development of Fleet Management product across several countries.

2018
With the emergence of Convoy and Uber Freight in the US, together with another ex-Uber, we launched Trucker, a Freight Marketplace in Russia and became a leader in FTL bulk cargo niche and reached $5m in ARR within 1 year. As a CEO, I led product strategy, hired a CTO, dev team and product & ops teams and led a company of 40 people.

2020
To top off my logistics journey and deepen my Product Expertise, I led B2B Product at Borzo, a global last-mile logistics startup. I was leading a team of 7 Product Managers responsible for 3 verticals and we were able to reach PMF in 2 products each reaching $1m ARR within a year of launch.

Most recently, I led user research and product development for a Gen AI startup EarningsDigest.ai
I also became passionate about fashion production and creator economy and am currently running test production of fashion collections for 2 influencers with an audience of 500k followers under the drps.io brand.
Over the past year, I’ve been consulting startups across multiple industries, but mostly marketplaces in the areas of Product Management, Scaling Operations, Growth Strategy and supply-demand balance. My recent clients include:
