Product & Marketplace Growth Advisor @ Ship Grow Repeat LLC

I'm advising startups across multiple industries, but mostly marketplaces in the areas of Product Management, Scaling Operations, Growth Strategy and supply-demand balance. My recent clients include:

  • InDrive - 2nd most downloaded ridesharing app globally. 

  • Parallel - HR tech marketplace

  • Mybeepy - first p2p carsharing in Mexico

  • Stroyportal - the leading building materials marketplace in CIS.

  • CreateStudio - Pixar Style 3D animation SaaS

2020 - 2022

Head of B2B Products @Borzo

Lead a team of 7 Product Managers responsible for 4 verticals.

Launched and scaled 2 new delivery businesses to 1000 daily deliveries, $1m ARR each (food & groceries delivery + e-com delivery)

2017 - 2019

CEO @ Trucker Group

Launched a Freight Marketplace in Russia and became a leader in FTL bulk cargo niche and reached $5m in ARR within 1 year.

 

As a CEO, I led product & sales strategy, hired a CTO, dev team and product & ops teams and led a company of 40 people.

2014 - 2017

Head of Marketplace @ Uber Russia

Launched and scaled a network of partner fleets in a country which unlocked x15 supply growth in 1.5 years for Uber in the market

Accelerated growth in newly launched cities @Uber by balancing supply & demand growth achieving 3-5% weekly growth rates

Scoped out the MVP and pushed for development and launch of Fleet Management product for developing markets.
